Zach first practiced yoga in 2008 and has been hooked ever since. His favorite definition of yoga to this day is "attaining what was previously unattainable." That can mean nailing an arm balance for the first time, touching your toes, or simply clearing the mind. He aims for his class to be strong, playful and challenging no matter what level one is currently at. Yoga can be accessible and enjoyable for all, but that doesn't mean one shouldn't strive to see what they are capable of.
