Hi! I’m Kim, a mom, business owner, and yoga teacher known for my compassionate, kind, and genuinely supportive presence. I create a welcoming space where students feel seen, safe, and well cared for from the moment they enter the space.
Yoga has been rooted in my life for over 30 years, and my classes are thoughtfully designed to challenge both body and mind while gently encouraging students to release expectations and meet themselves exactly where they are. My friendly and grounding teaching style invites curiosity over judgment, reminding students that each practice is an opportunity to listen, adapt, and honor the body as it is at that moment.
