Emily was introduced to yoga at a young age and gradually rediscovered her practice, finding her way back to her mat with deeper intention. In 2023, she took a deep dive into her practice, realizing that it was a culmination of all her life experiences to find balance and love, both for herself and others. With a foundation in Bhakti Yoga, she brings a heart-centered approach to each class, blending creative flows with mindful breathwork. Her classes inspire gratitude, compassion, and self-acceptance, encouraging students to embrace their inner strength and explore the beauty of being present on and off the mat.
