Chinatsu’s greatest joy is creating a healing and supportive space in classes, workshops, and retreats. Students leave their practice with Chinatsu feeling a strong connection to their body and rooted in their personal truth.
Her teaching style is deeply informed by her diverse background. Her athleticism, developed during her teenage years as a
Junior Olympic swimmer, and her personal experiences overcoming serious illness and major surgeries, profoundly transformed her approach to Yoga. This background is complemented by her Japanese heritage and extensive meditation practice, which form the foundation for the calmness and groundedness she brings to every class.
Chinatsu offers intuitive flows in energetic Vinyasa and meditative Yin and Soundbath classes. She internalizes the purpose and intention of each session, bringing them to life with happiness and ease. She loves water, swimming, walking, cooking, tea, flowers, art and crafts, and enjoys a slower life in a beach town with her partner.
