That’s what yoga is to me.
Passion creates purpose. My passion is in the work. It is through breath we find strength and clarity. I teach a mindful approach to movement, a mind body connection. It is beyond just fitness. I believe it all starts with a healthy mind in order to achieve a healthy body. My classes are designed to strengthen from the inside out, to utilize your body in the proper way to deepen your body awareness.
My goal is to work with clients to bring balance and harmony into their lifestyles.
Lexi holds her 200 RYT Yoga Teacher Training from Tamal Dodge and her Yin Yoga Training from Sesa O’Connor. She is also a Certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body.
