Kimberley Ohno has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. She has studied under Bryan Kest, Caleb Ashe, Tamal Dodge and has utilized these celebrated instructors to hone her teaching style. She is a 200 Hour Certified instructor who is also schooled in Yin yoga. She has found that practicing yoga helps quiet her restless mind and would like to share this with others. Her classes are crafted to provide challenging sequences built to evoke a sense of accomplishment and overall well-being. In accordance with her yoga lifestyle, she earned Holistic Nutritionist Certification and is working on Health Coaching Certification.
